INGREDIENTS
30ml Haymans Peach & Rose
15ml Lemon
15ml Sugar
Top with Chiarli Rosso Lambrusco

METHOD
Add Haymans, Lemon and Sugar to a wine glass. Fill with ice and stir to combine ingredients. Top with Chiarli Rosso Lambrusco. Garnish with Cucumber ribbon.

Mionetto Mango Bellini

30ml Mango Real Puree
15ml Lemon Juice
Mionetto Prosecco DOCG to top
TO SERVE
Rose petals
METHOD
Add Mango Real Purée and Lemon to glass. Top up with Mionetto Prosecco DOCG. Garnish with Rose Petals.
