MIDORI
Midori is Japanese for "green." It’s not Spanish, not Italian — just Japanese. In 1971, when the International Bartenders Association held its International Cocktail Championships in Tokyo, US delegates raved about the melon liqueur they sampled at the Suntory plant; it was launched in the United States in 1978. It is a beautiful green color liqueur with the refreshing and fruity taste of melon and it can be used to mix a wide range of juices, spirits.
