A medium dry Madeira a Colheita. Tinta Negra grapes from the vintage 2000 grown in the Estreito de Camara de Lobos, Camara de Lobos (south coast), Sao Vicente and Ponta Delgada (north coast) areas. Wild fermentation with native yeasts from the vineyard, stopped by addition of neutral grape spirit (96o) in order to stops fermentation and keep the desired sweetness degree. Aged in oak French casks 650L in the traditional system (natural oxidative process).960 bottles made. 500mlProducers notes : From time to time, when checking wines and casks in our winery, our winemakers discover a cask which is maturing exceptionally well.
