Based in the Hawkes Bay, Alluviale strives to make wines in a style that strongly reflects the fruit and vineyard sources. Along with a winemaking approach that preserves fruit flavours Alluviale use a combination of traditional and modern techniques to provide complexity, usually in the form of a savoury nuance. This subtle complexity heightens the link between food and wine and creates a certain style which is both morish and memorable.
