What pricing does Glengarry show online?
Our online prices are for the supply of items in New Zealand and are shown in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST. The pricing shown on the website before you log in, represents our Glengarry customer pricing. Of course prices do change from time to time and we reserve the right to do so.

How do I buy online?
That's the easy bit! Simply register as a new user if you haven't already and login. You find items to buy in a number of ways such as using the menus on the left and the quick and easy search feature at the top centre of the screen, browse through the tabs. You'll find it quick, easy and intuitive. As you shop and add items to your cart they'll appear on the top right of the screen. When you are ready to finalise your purchase click on the red shopping cart, top right of your screen and follow the steps.

How do I pay for an online order?
We accept payment by most major credit cards with the option to store multiple cards as tokens. Tokenization is the process of replacing sensitive data with unique identification symbols that retain all the essential information about the data without compromising its security.

When and how does Glengarry deliver?
Standard Delivery: We deliver nationwide to the modest tune of $5.99 per case (of 6 bottles or less).
Urban Orders: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Waiheke Island Orders: Your order will be delievered within 2-3 working days.
Rural Orders: Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days ($7.99 per case surcharge on standard delivery).

Night Delivery: Need your delivery to arrive when you're home? If you live in selected postcodes in Auckland, Wellington or Hamilton we can arrange same day delivery between 6-9pm, if you order by 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered between 6-9 pm the following day.
Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington eligible postcodes : Your order will be delivered between 6-9pm ($15.00).

Saturday Delivery: Yes, we can. And we will. It's just $15.00 per case for Saturday delivery. The Saturday offer currently has to exclude rural deliveries, but hey, who knoww what we'll be able to achieve in the future?

Is the product protected in transit?
We use secure packaging for all deliveries and the products are insured to your door.

Can Glengarry deliver to someone on my behalf?
Glengarry can deliver on your behalf, however the same delivery and payment rules apply.

I won't be at home, but my son will, he's 17 years old, can you deliver?
Sorry, Glengarry cannot, will not, deliver our products to anyone under 18 years of age. In fact if you look under 25 years of age you'll have to provide I.D. to us upon delivery. Remember, if you use our site to purchase alcohol and are under 18 years of age then you're breaking the law.

What if no one is around when Glengarry delivers?
If the delivery point is unattended the product will not be left, it will be returned to the depot or our warehouse as we require someone to sign for all deliveries. Sorry, we don't deliver on Sunday (except for large orders by prior arrangement) but you can tick the box on the checkout page for us to contact you when placing your order and arrange to pickup your order from one of our retail stores.

Okay, so now I've bought it, how do I return it?
Our guarantee policy stretches across our retail stores and into our online business - when buying online, I want to ensure that you're still receiving the dedicated service and care you'll find in any of our bricks & mortar stores. So if by some chance you do receive a faulty or damaged product, we'll replace it, no question. Don't destroy the product, just give us a call on 0800 733 505 and we'll work through the process of getting the product back to us and providing you with a replacement or credit. If the wine simply doesn't suit you, perhaps was not what you were expecting, we get that; just contact us and we'll sort it for you. In fact, if there's a problem with anything (well, anything to do with wine), drop us an email, we'd love to hear from you and assist in getting it right. 

Who can use this website?
www.glengarry.co.nz is able to be browsed on the Internet without restriction, however, you must be registered, logged in, and comply with our terms of sale in order to purchase items online. Glengarry has complete discretion over who it accepts as an online registered customer and reserves the right to cancel the online registration of any customer at its absolute discretion.

We have configured our computer servers and written our computer software to be secure. We respect your privacy and will protect it. We only disclose information to third parties where necessary e.g. your address to a third party courier when we are needing that courier to make a delivery to you.
