ANCNOC
The Knockdhu Distillery is situated in the small village of Knock, by Huntly in Aberdeenshire. Established in 1894, anCnoc were considered the perfect embodiment of a modern distillery. 125 years later, that picture of the past is still present. The methods used to make anCnoc have hardly changed in over 100 years, and ironically it's these traditional techniques which help to create the distinctive, modern flavour.
