CHATEAU PUY BLANQUET
As the château-on-the-side' of Christian Moueix, the owner of Pomerol?s dazzling Château Petrus, Puy-Blanquet is located within Pomerol's neighbouring appellation, Saint-Emilion. The Merlot dominated Puy-Blanquet wines benefit from amazing vine age.
The château grows 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon on clay and chalk soil. They also follow environmnetally friendly winemaking practices.
