DASHWOOD
Dashwood is a range
of Marlborough wines made by the experienced Vavasour winemaking team
and include a portion of fruit harvested from the company’s own
Awatere Valley vineyards. The Chardonnay is unique in New Zealand
winemaking, in that large European styled oak casks are used as part
of the fermentation and maturation process.
