DOLIN VERMOUTH
The last remaining independent company still producing Vermouth de Chambéry, Dolin was founded in 1821, with over two centuries of tradition and family experience under their belts. Produced in the heart of the French Alps, the range of Dry, Blanc and Rouge all adhere to the original 1821 recipe. They are made from a selection of plants found in the Alpine meadows above Chambéry, delivering a fresh, elegant nose and a subtle, complex, bittersweet palate.
