FOUNDERS
Founders have been brewing craft beers since 1854. They pride themselves in being old school but still brewing new beers. Founders was established in Nelson by Joseph Dodson. He was also the Mayor of Nelson in 1874 and again in 1977. Six generations later, today, Founders is brewed by John R. Duncan, Callum R. Duncan and Matt J. Duncan.
