GINATO
Birthplace of the Renaissance, ballet, Michelangelo and all manner of delicious pasta, Italy has given much to the world. Even in this surfeit of gifts, the invention of gin stands tall, though perhaps the Italians don’t get the credit for it that they should.
Ginato continues these Latin traditions of excellence, combining some of the finest produce from around the peninsula in what they call a trinity of provenance. Indigenous grapes Nebbiolo, Barbera and Sangiovese are used, along with locally produced Pinot Grigio, juniper grown beneath Tuscan skies and some of the best citrus fruits Sicily has to offer. Bellissimo!
