JEFFERSON'S
Founded in 1997, Jefferson's is dedicated to producing 'uncommon bourbons'. At Jefferson's, their bourbons are made in ridiculously small batches to enable them to display the different flavours created by the wood in each unique barrel. They believe that creating very uncommon bourbons is a journey which requires old-fashioned experimenting. Jefferson's also believe in upholding tradition, yet continuously discovering new possibilities.
