MONKEY SHOULDER
The Monkey Shoulder story begins when they choose three of the finest malts from Speyside and allowed them to mature in Bourbon casks made with their own coopers. Malt Master David Stewart and his assistant then takes charge over the maturation and cask selection processes. Only the Malt Master know how the length of maturation, and batches are only selected for blending when they are completely satisfied having tasted each and every cask.
