VINA SALCEDA

Vina Salceda has been producing wines in the picturesque little town of Elciego, in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa, since 1969. The 16.5 hectares of vineyards are located next to the Ebro River and benefit from a very special microclimate due to the shelter afforded by the Cantabrian mountain range to the North and the Sierra de la Demanda to the South.

Vina Salceda was established with a definite goal to focus exclusively on the production of top quality red wines.

Vina Salceda produces four different red wines with very distinct personalities.

A new wine to the Vina Salceda stable is a 100% Verdejo white wine from the Rueda winegrowing region, which has a long history with white varietals.
