The Dukes Whisky Sour COCKTAIL RECEIPE
Off the west coast of Scotland lies a magical and isolated island with a mysterious past - the Isle of Jura. A unique malt with an equally diverse array of expressions. Ingredients:
50ml Isle of Jura 10 YO
30ml Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 dash of Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters
1 dash of Du Kuyper Orange Bitters
3 dashes of fresh egg white
Method:
Add lemon juice and sugar to a Boston mixing glass and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish:
Dust with a touch of nutmeg.

SUGAR SYRUP RECIPE
Fill a cup or bowl (depending on how much you want to make) with white sugar, top it up with boiling water until the receptacle is just about half full and keep stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Refrigerate when not in use. Putting a teaspoon of sugar into a cocktails being lazy, it does not do the job properly as the sugar dissolves.
