The Matador COCKTAIL RECEIPE
Summer is the best time for cocktails and the possibilities are literally endless. For this week's cocktail I have found from the archives a simple concoction which quenched the frequenters of the Cafe Royal, London, during the era of the coronation of King George VI.
This simple drink is easy as pie to make and extremely delicious. Enjoy around sunset with good friends, good food and great music.

SHAKE AND STRAIN
Using a Hawthorn strainer (or knife) this technique prevents the ice going into the glass. Straining protects the cocktail ensuring melted ice wont dilute the flavour and mixture.
