The resulting wine is the full bodied truth of whole fruit, the skins, the flesh, the juice and seed. Lovely juicy fruit density, super lush tropical nose, a full flavoured wine that lingers on the palate. Hallmark acidity keeps the entire wine upright and full of energy.
