The Omaka soils contain silt, gravel and higher levels of clay. The clay component and warmer north-facing sites intensify Chardonnays stonefruit and citrus focus. Pure aromatics of white nectarine and touches of fine vanillin oak. Deep, concentrated and creamily textural.
