This site is incredibly unique and a testament to the work of the ancient Central Otago glaciers. A deep bouquet of red cherry fruit with hints of perfumed spice and savoury soy notes. Crunchy berry fruit, gentle spice and savoury flavours feature on a generously weighted palate with velvety tannin and engaging tension.
