For The Pinnacle, the grapes are from the Logantown block at Peregrine's organic Bendigo Estate. An organic wine with pretty aromatics underlined with spice and savoury notes, leading to wonderful depth of flavour, layers of red fruit and elegant, fine tannin texture.
