Mother Vine Monopole Shiraz

Hewitsons Monopole vineyard is derived from one surviving Shiraz vine planted back in 1853, resurrecting an ancient clone of pre-Phylloxera Shiraz. The nose is replete with rich black fruits and floral notes, the lengthy palate a chorus of intense blackberry, raspberry and chocolate characters with savoury nuances and seamlessly integrated tannins. Stunning.
