Produced by the Gagliardo family using an old secret family recipe, the Barolo Chinato is an traditional digestif and made from a base of Barolo DOCG (Nebbiolo) wine mixed with calissaja china bark and a mix of spices and aged in oak. Bitter herbs and spices balanced with sweet honeyed orange and cherry.
