This is a "single cask" whisky. The malted barley used comes from France, Germany Belgium. After the reception of the barley malt brew, a fermentation of 3 to 5 days takes place, with a grape yeast, then a double distillation, with reception of the heart of Chauffe, and a passage in the 5 traditional stills which will be followed of an undergrowth in ex-barrel of Ratafia de Bourgogne where it will age for at least 3 years in order to obtain the appellation of Whisky. This whiskey is certified Organic Agriculture (AB).
