Sherry Fusion, a triple-distilled creation by Damian MacKey at Shene Distillery. A masterful whisky initially aged in small Australian Apera casks. Further maturation in 100L Pedro Ximnez, Cream Canasta, and Oloroso casks from Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, Spain adds depth and complexity.
