Fairlight is a delicious golden world-first blend of premium unpeated world whisky, with the distiller's selection of Waiheke's peated back catalogue. Created with the help of Alan Winchester (The Glenlivet). The entry is smooth and slightly creamy, with a surprising depth of flavor. Sweet malt and caramelized sugar dance on the tongue, complemented by a touch of orchard fruitsripe apples and pears. The peat influence emerges gently, adding layers of earthy smoke that intertwine seamlessly with notes of oak and a hint of coastal brininess.
