Named in tribute to founder Don Maximiano Errazuriz, the Max wines are favoured for their finesse, elegance and delicious acidity. The grapes are primarily sourced from the Max vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aromas of pepper, herbs, and mushroom, notes of black-berry and cherry. Offering delicate flavours of cherry and plum, the palate is dominated by its spicy character, framed by chocolate and roasted coffee bean notes from the oak barrels and augmented by soft tannins and the mouth-watering acidity.
