Goleta, New Zealand Single Malt Whisky pursues perfection with a primary maturation in ex bourbon casks before being finished in, Spanish Sherry casks. Distilled on a 1800L Copper Pot Still and matured in New Zealand. An expression of what New Zealand Whisky can be. This is a rich rounded Whisky with fresh dried fruits and aromas of sultanas and hints of chocolate.
