Its farmhouse season for all of us at Sunshine Brewery again! Weve produced another French ale with the help of our local fig growers, Rose Cottage. Half the figs were thrown in fresh at the whirlpool, whilst the other half were used to make a Belgian candi syrup. This malty beverage has layers of farm fresh strawberries, toffee, burnt sugar, and fig jam. This beer can be enjoyed fresh or laid down for a bit of cellaring, enjoyed best around a warming fire.
