10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon (700ml)
Whilst no longer guaranteed to be a single barrel release, no change has been made to it's production except moving to machine bottling and chance of barrels mixing increasing. Made from the Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #1 with a low rye component the Eagle Rare has sweet, oaky nose almost reminiscent of a fine ruby port. to taste, it reveals orange, plum, caramel and vanilla with pine and mint.
