This whisky has been matured in a 4th fill ex-sherry butt. Bottled 2022-07-28, and limited to 585 bottles. Mild notes of caramel pudding, dried fruits, leather, and creamy vanilla. With time more fruity. A touch of leather. Full bodied, soft and delicate. The palate does match the nose closely. I also find notes of fizzy cinnamon, and creamy vanilla. Medium to long finish. More of the same really. It is all very elegant and delicate.
