Springtime Dew 15 Year Old Auchroisk

This single cask release comes from Auchroisk in Speyside, laid down in 2007 in a Hogshead which yielded 341 bottles. An uplifting abundance of green grass, wildflower blossom and honey. Soft, grassy and floral on first nosing, before warming to reveal dill, coriander and fresh citrus. The soft and subtle palate reveals toffee apples, honey, freshly cut grass and late herbal notes. The finish is sweet, syrupy and smooth.
