Hailing from the GlenAllachie distillery, this single malt started its existence in 2007 and after distillation, was filled into a single refill butt to mature. 14 years later, that cask was opened up by the gang at Wemyss Malts, independently releasing a total of 785 bottles. Honeyed sultanas and juicy pear combine with layers of vanilla fudge, roasted nuts, and oily malt, while oaken spices develop in the depths.
