Bottled in 2007 after 15 years in a Hogshead. Prickly ginger with a drizzle of warm rum fudge and clotted cream are first to appear. Spicy before calming with vanilla and light fresh cut oat. Cask-influenced richness of treacle and caramel with a long elegant finale.
