"The Moonlit Beast", Mortlach's offering in the Legends Untold series. The Beast of Dufftown, long sought after and available in limited quantities. A mix of Virgin and refill Amercan Oak is used here resulting in added power. Big texture with an intense vanilla sweetness, though balanced with a savoury finish from the oak. Mortlach's signature meatiness delivers with a full roast pork and jelly all the way through.
