This unique brew features fresh Riwaka hops from Eggers Hop Farm in Nelson, picked at 10 am on March 5th and brewed in Auckland by 6 pm that same night.Hop Serpent is driven by the bold passionfruit flavor of the Riwaka hops, complemented by zesty citrus notes of grapefruit, lime, and lemon. The dominant passionfruit profile offers a sweet, tangy character that adds depth and vibrancy to this intensely fruity and aromatic IPA.
