A Pale Ale base beer that features undried fresh hops harvested from Holmdale Farm at Wakefield, Nelson. Our good friend Cam Elam and his family run this hop farm. Nelson Sauvin was selected this year as the feature hop and from cutting the bine to being in our brewhouse was less than 2 hours. Vibrant Sauvignon Blanc aroma and flavour with fresh, greasy buds, tropical and cut grass. 5.0% abv.
