Indie bottling of Bunnahabhains Staoisha heavily peated spirit matured for 9 years and bottled at cask strength. An expressive nose with Pear, fresh seaweed, brown sugar, roasted nuts and heavy Islay peat characters. Heavy herbacious peat is amplified on the palate with a mouth coating oily texture and flavours ofcitrus, roasted pineapple and carame and a lenghty finish of salted caramel, smoke and brine. Just 114 bottles released.
