A 2006 Craigellachie single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill sherry butt for 15 years, before being bottled in December 2021 as part of its Old Particular Midnight series. Aromas of leathe, blueberry muffins, seasoned oak and dried figs with the notes of dark cherries, red apples, stewed fruits, barley and milk chocolate on the palate. Long finish.
