Misty Coves Landmark Ros is deeply influenced by old world winemaking techniques. Lovingly handcrafted with small batch qualities, we crafted this wine to reflect the Landmark the attributes and characteristics of the Fareham Lane vineyard from which it originated.Made from 100% Pinot Noir, clones 777 and 10/5, the grapes were harvested in the early morning and gently pressed. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures using or selected ros yeast to accentuate fruit purity. This Mediterranean style ros is pale pink in colour and filled with beautiful summer fruits; an elegant rebel delivering a mouth-watering and dry finish.
