A Chardonnay from the limestone hills of Central Hawke's Bay, sourced from Pukeora Estate (Hill of Good Health).Our first Chardonnay, was fermented in aged white barrels (2), with lees stirring. Elegant, mouth filling, textual, complex, aromas of peach stone fruits, smokey cashew nut with integrated aged oak, mineral, a slight saline note with hints of oyster from the 3 million year old seabed.
