Sherry
From Spain, this fortified wine is made from white grapes - primarily Palomino and Pedro Ximénez - and can be very dry 'Fino' to very sweet 'Pedro Ximénez'. As with France's Champagne regulations, Spanish law dictates that to be labelled Sherry, it must come from within the Jerez, El Puerto, Sanlúcar triangle. The Valdespino family have been involved in the Sherry trade since 1430, making Valdespino the oldest sherry Bodegas (Houses) and we are thrilled to have their excellent range instore. Style characteristics: Can range from very dry to very sweet
