Jean Ferte was the person who persuaded Nicolas Potel's parents to move to Burgundy, so it's fitting that there should be a wine named after him. This is a 60/40 cuvee of Aux Jarrons and Les Peuillets, fermented with 50% whole bunches and aged in 10% new wood. Sweet, tangy, savoury and autumnal with notes of aromatic spices and forest floor.
