Hand-harvested, the grapes have been sorted out before a 16-day fermentation. The wine was then matured in oak casks (30% new barrels) for 16 months. Dark purple colour. It shows delicate aromas of black and red berries and soft spices on the nose. The natural balance with fine tannins enhance the subtle aromas until the long aftertaste. Power and subtlety in the same wine!
