De La Ciaude

An old vine mix of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache, from the clay and limestone soils in the Minervois. Deep coloured with a floral nose showing black cherry jam, spice and wet stones. The palate has a saline freshness cutting through the robust dark fruits and full fine tannins on the immense finish.
