89-92/100 | Burghound: "Here the wood influence is less prominent on the nose though hardly invisible with plenty of Nuits style earth and underbrush nuances adding breadth to the ripe and plummy aromas. The wood though reappears on the palate and while the flavours themselves possess a silky mouth feel, the wood tannins are sufficient to impart a mildly drying sensation to the finish. There is fine density and this will very likely eat its wood but unlike several other wines where it seems relatively clear that they will successfully integrate their wood treatments, Im less certain in this case." - Allen Meadows
