Cuvee 1522 Vintage

It is elaborated with 70% of Pinot Noir Grands Crus and 30% Chardonnay Grands Crus, partially vinified in wood cask and without malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the champagne's freshness and to offer more complexity.The nose is fresh, concentrated and precise. It offers scents of sweet almond, with notes of candied lemon peel. The palate is fresh and pure. It reveals notes of spices, typical of the Ay terroir. The texture is chalky and the finsih is very mineral.
