Jean-Benoit Hery produces the Brut Heritage in his boutique winery, this champagne is made from 20% Chardonnay and 80% Pinot Noir. Intensive fruit notes of peach, apricot and mango. Behind it are an orange zest and a magnificent acidity that gives the powerful and mouth-filling palate.
