This leitmotif runs through to the finish: Tropical notes reminiscent of honeydew melon, some butterscotch and a hint of white chocolate meet full-bodied and powerful with a fine, elegant acidity, elegant perlage and stony-salty underlying citrus notes, which, thanks to the brut-nature dosage, fade away just as long as precisely.
