Whilst this is an appellation better known for red wines, Domaine Parent have made a delicately fruited wine elegant wine that has sublime detail and expression. Theres orchard fruits a harmonious streak of minerality complimented by a delicate touch of oak. The finish is very young. A wonderful white Burgundy.
