Disgorged in the Spring of 2021, and created from a blend of 2016 and 2014 wines. This wine is given a longer time on lees than the NV and made from vineyards with older vine age. Theres just 4 kilos of pressure, which results from a shorter fermentation and less sugar. The mousse is very fine, the palate clean and dry with crisp green apple notes.
